Soy sauce is the foundation of many East Asian dishes. For many cooking enthusiasts, Kikkoman embodies a distinct taste true to Japanese recipes.
Two online videos were developed to share Teriyaki and Katsudon recipes. Merging the quiet elegance of Chef’s Table and the dimmed atmospheres of chiaroscuro, I art directed the videos — from pre-production visual references to post-production colour-grading supervision.
The recipe video is elevated to match the taste of Kikkoman.
